Registration Instructions

MFL MarMac Registration
2026-2027

Please complete registration by August 17, 2026.

Guidelines for Online Registration

  1. Log on to www.mflmarmac.com.
  2. Click “Register” in the blue box on the homepage.
  3. Click “JMC Parent Access.”
  4. Make sure the School Year dropdown says “2026-2027” and log in.

If you have forgotten your JMC Parent Login credentials, call 563-539-6400.

Once you have logged in, complete the following steps:

  1. In the left column, click “Register for 2026-2027.”
  2. Select “Start/Continue the Registration Process.”
  3. Read the instructions on the first page or watch the video, then click “Next.”
  4. The first page is parent contact information. Please make sure all information is accurate and up to date, as this is what the school will use to contact you.

You also need to enter phone numbers and choose how you would like to receive information. Click “Next” when the page is complete.

  1. The next section is a registration form for each child in your family. There are four pages of information for each child:
    • Demographics
    • Custom Fields
    • Emergency Contact
    • Health Fields

Fill out all information for each child.

Please note: You will need to provide information for two emergency contacts this year. Click “Add” next to the “Emergency Contacts” dropdown to make sure you have two contacts listed.

  1. Once you have registered all students, you may leave optional comments if there is anything additional you would like the office to know. Click “Finish” and then “OK” when complete.
  2. At the top, click “Sign Forms.” You will be taken to the online signature page. Please read and follow the instructions. You must read and sign the handbook for each school your children attend.
  3. In the left-hand column, click “Tuition/Fees.” This page will show registration fees for each child. Click “Pay My Bill.”

After paying tuition and fees, click “Purchase Items” at the top of the page. Options may include:

  • Afternoon milk for kindergarten through fifth grade
  • Instrument rental
  • Activity pass
  • Laptop insurance
  • Yearbooks

**Preschool afternoon milk is provided.

Add the items needed for each child by using the dropdown box to select each child. Then click “Check Out.”

Payment:

You may pay online or use the final amount to write a check. Checks may be dropped off at the school or mailed to:

Lunch Account and Meal Application:

The final step is to add money to your student’s lunch account by returning to the “Register for 2026-2027” tab and clicking “Lunch.”

At this time, you may also click “Meal Application” to apply for free or reduced-price lunches.

Please also check the “Downloadable Links” button for any additional forms your student may need.

Things to Know

  1. Registration must be completed using a computer. It will not work from another device.
  2. If you need assistance, you must make an appointment in advance. Email us or call the school at 563-539-6400.
