Third Grade

The students will begin the year learning about magnets, mastering multiplication, writing in cursive, and exploring communities. During the winter, students will be investigating early communities, seeds and plants, the human body, crayfish, and westward expansion.  Lastly, students will learn about water and the water cycle, immigration, early Iowa history, and we'll celebrate reading month.

PE will be on days 1, 3, and 5 in the afternoons. Please make sure your child has tennis shoes for these days.
