Little Bulldog is in the beginning phase of introducing a new program called PBIS, Positive Behavior Intervention Supports. This program includes a team of teachers, as well as an internal and external coach who are working as a team through training and coaching to implement the Pyramid model in their classrooms. The Pyramid Model is a set of resources and strategies that help early childhood professionals and caregivers effectively respond to children’s behaviors, while supporting their mental health.
