Special  Meeting

January 4, 2024

The MFL MarMac Special Meeting of the Board of Directors was held on January 4, 2024, in the Learning Commons of the Monona Schoolhouse.

President Gina Roys called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m.  Members present at roll call were Tonya Meyer, Aaron Schroeder, and Danielle Schlake.  Roberta Hass was present via telephone due to family obligations.  Absent were Dr. Jon Moser and Josh Grau.   Also present were Tim Dugger; Superintendent, Larry Meyer; High School Principal, and Karla Hanson; Board Secretary.

Motion by Tonya Meyer, seconded by Danielle Schlake, to approve the early graduation request of one student who did not meet the deadline for petitioning the board, but who fulfilled all other early graduation requirements.  Motion carried unanimously.

President Roys adjourned the meeting at 12:01 p.m.
