Special Meeting

December 10, 2025

The MFL MarMac Community School District Board of Directors met for a special meeting on December 10, 2025.

President Dr. Jon Moser called the meeting to order at 6:38 p.m.  Members present were Danielle Schlake, Aaron Schroeder, Josh Grau, Marti Post and Tonya Meyer.  Robert Hass was absent.  Also present, Superintendent Tim Dugger.

Motion by Tonya Meyer, seconded by Josh Grau, to moved to closed session per Iowa Code Chapter 21.5(L)i to discuss High School Principal Candidates.    Motion carried unanimously.

Motion by Danielle Schlake, seconded by Aaron Schroeder to end the closed session at 7:08 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.

Dr. Moser adjourned the meeting at 7:09 p.m.
