MFL MarMac Community School
Minutes for Special Meeting
April 21, 2017

The MFL MarMac Board of Education met in a special meeting on April 21, 2017, in the high school ICN room of the Monona schoolhouse.

President Roys called the meeting to order at 11:00 A.M. Members present at roll call were Brian Meyer, Gina Roys, Josh Grau, and Jonathon Moser, Absent were Sharon Greener, Collin Stubbs and Tonya Meyer. Also present were Dale Crozier, Superintendent and representation from the Outlook.

Motion was made by Moser, seconded by Grau, to amend the minutes of the February 13, 2017, regular meeting to show that the budget adjustment is for the 2017-2018 fiscal year. The motion was unanimously carried.

Motion by Grau, seconded by Moser, to approve the Early Separation agreement for Deborah Reicks. The motion unanimously carried.

Motion by B. Meyer, seconded by Moser, to approve the resignation of Christina Harbaugh. The motion was unanimously carried.

Motion by Grau, seconded by B. Meyer, to approve the remaining 28E agreements for the Little Bulldog Center, Kettlebells, the Wetlands Center, Student Teachers at regent and area colleges, and Teacher Librarian services with North Winneshiek and Clayton Ridge. It was noted that Clayton Ridge is a new 28E sharing arrangement. The motion was unanimously carried.

Motion by Grau, seconded by Moser, to approve the Teacher Leadership and Compensation Committee (TLC) Selection Committee to be made up of the principals, Roberta Hass, Jonelle Kann, and Jaydeane Berns. The motion was unanimously carried.

Motion by Moser, seconded by B. Meyer, to adjourn the meeting. The motion was unanimously carried.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:12 P.M.
