Tim Dugger, Superintendent, and Erik Peterson talked about changes to the existing stage in the Monona center. The board gave their approval to begin the process of removing curtains and unused electrical/heating units. In the future, four feet of the stage may be removed to make room for a scorer’s table and the basketball teams. This would open seats on the east side of the gym and would stop spectators from walking in front of the teams, coaches, and scorekeepers. Live streams are now done through HUDL on YouTube. Fans can now watch games without a fee.
The next meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on December 11, 2023, in the Monona Schoolhouse Learning Commons.
President Roys adjourned the regular meeting at 7:34 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Karla Hanson, Board Secretary
