April 13, 2020 Monday 6:00 P.M. In the High School Media Center Monona, Iowa

The Tentative Agenda is as Follows:

1. CALL TO ORDER
2. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA.
3. CONSENT ITEMS.
   1. Approve Minutes of Previous Meetings.
   2. Bills Recommended for Payment.
   3. Financial Reports.
4. HEARING FOR 2020-21 BUDGET
5. BUSINESS
   1. Contracts, Transfers and Resignations:
      • Resignations: Monica Schwartzhoff, Teacher, Audrey Postam and Melissa Haberichter, Yearbook.
      • Resignation Pending Replacement: Jillian Haberichter, 7th Basketball
      • Contracts: Colton Lueck, Middle School, Kaitlyn Stone-Strock, 7-12 Band and corresponding contracts, Jake Wilke, 9-12 Special Education and Golf, Brandi Folsom,
        High School English. And .5 Yearbook, Madyson Walker, Middle School, Megan Snitker, .5 Yearbook, and Other Possible Contracts for Activities and Special Education .
      • Transfer: Amber Hendricks: Upper Elementary.
   2. Approve 101% Budget Guarantee Resolution to levy property tax for fiscal year 2020-21 for the regular program budget adjustment as allowed under section 257.14, Code of Iowa, if necessary.
   3. Consider Approval of the 2020-21 Budget.
   4. Approve Operational Sharing Contracts for FY 21.
   5. File 2019 Audit.
   6. Approval of Resolution endorsing required and recommended actions on coronavirus.
